Beautiful watch but..

The watch is beautiful, delighted with how it looks. Only issue is that I specifically checked what type of catch it had. The recipient has a metal allergy, hence going for a wooden watch. Under the description it had- Metal on bracelet- N/A. So I assumed it had no metal. Alas it does have a metal catch, I got the watch inscribed with a personal message so can’t return.

Absolutely smashed it

Hubby was absolutely blown away by his wooden watch i purchased for him at Christmas. He absolutely loves watches but hasn't changed wearing this one since Christmas day. I was also astounded by the help James gave me , he discussed personalising the watch with an engraved wooden back as I couldn't see how to order this online. I also received some lovely wooden cufflinks . Can't fault the watch or the customer service, thank you so much. We.will be back
