We provide confirmation of delivery once attempted.
Can I engrave the box?
Yes, just let us know what you would like engraved and we shall do the rest.
What warranty is available?
We supply all watches with 1 year warranty as standard for more information please see our warranty page.
Can I return my order?
If you have changed your mind, you can return any watch for a full refund (including engraved watches). We do not accept returns for other personalised wooden gifts.
