Great watch, however paid super fast delivery and bought as gift, received email to say it would be a 2 week wait for watch to be made due to family holiday, this was a birthday gift that I had to give extremely late. No issues with anyone having a break but on the bounce back email I needed to reply to and then wait 2 weeks for a refund on a product I had spent a lot of money on. This should have been on the website prior to me ordering as I didn’t have the money to order another watch, had I of realised I wouldn’t have ordered as a gift. Having said that the watch was well made and a lovely gift

Bought a watch for an 80th birthday present, with engraving added, this came in a lovely wooden box, within a couple of days. Really pleased with my purchase, would highly recommend.

When I first took the watch out of the box, one of the wooden squares had come loose. It wasn’t a major issue as I was able to fix it with a bit of super glue, but it did make me wonder if the other pieces might come loose over time, which would be a shame. I guess only time will tell.

The “Boston” watch was the perfect 40th birthday present for our brother who loves the outdoors. Although out of stock at first, communication was great and allowed me to order (with engraving) and speedy delivery in time for his birthday. Cufflinks were a lovely additional touch as well!
